    Everyone loves this magnificent tricolor ajuga! Each leaf is light green edged in white, and then covered with a lovely pinkish purple overcast. This moderately spreading mat is topped with 4" spikes of blue-lavender flowers in late April. While I don't recommend this ajuga for the rock garden, it isn't aggressive enough to cause problems in the woodland garden...just great!
