Agave titanota 'Mean Streak' is a lovely selection of the Mexican Rancho Tambo century plant that we acquired in 2009 under the invalid name of 'Mediopicta'. Agave 'Mean Streak', which we named and introduced in 2018, forms an 18" tall x 2' wide, chunky rosette of dusty green leaves, each with a highway stripe-sized yellow band down the center of each leaf. The leaves are edged with the exaggerated papery spines, characteristic of Agave titanota.
