Agave 'Ripple Effect' is 2018 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of an amazing Hans Hansen discovery, a sport of Agave 'Mr. Ripple', that went MIA for five years after Hans' move from Minnesota to Michigan, before it mysteriously re-appeared. The 2' tall x 4' wide, sparsely-offsetting clumps are composed of wide grey-blue leaves, each tipped with long black purple spines and bordered with a 2"+ wide two-tone golden border that ages to creamy gold...simply scrumptious. Where it isn't winter hardy, it's dazzling in a large container.
