Agave 'Mustard Shark' is a 2019 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of a plant we developed from Agave 'Sharkskin Shoes'. Agave 'Mustard Shark' has a wider golden edge than our earlier introduction, Agave 'Shark Bite', and because of the reduced chlorophyll, is a slower grower. Our oldest clumps are now 18" tall x 30" wide and quite elegant. Our offering represents nearly a decade of propagation time to build up enough to offer, so once these are gone, it's likely to be many years before more are available.
