This collection of the US native Agave havardiana comes from an Ian Barclay collection in the Davis Mountains of Texas at 6,200', where they form compact, 20" tall x 2' wide solitary grey rosettes. As with most agaves, excellent winter drainage and planting on a slope will greatly enhance survival.
