Agave 'Desert Lightning' is 2023 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of an amazing Agave attenuata hybrid seedling we found in 2005 at Mountain States Wholesale Nursery. Agave 'Desert Lightning' forms a 16" tall x 2' wide, non-offsetting clump of 2" wide x 9" long, non-spiny foliage. Each leaf is creamy yellow, fused with green undertones and edged with a nice green border. Agave 'Desert Lightning' is truly a stunning century plant for a patio container where it isn't winter hardy.
