    From Edith Eddleman, here is a different color in verbenas...lovely red violet flowers (RHS 74B) on this delightfully lacy groundcover. This seedling that appeared at the NCSU Arboretum, is probably a hybrid with V. tenera and V. tenuisecta. We enjoy the flowers from spring thru fall in our garden.
