Uvularia 'Jingle Bells' is certainly one of the most exciting plants we've ever introduced. It was originally discovered in Granville County, NC, by keen gardener Marty Finkel, who was kind enough to share...thank you! The 8" tall stalks of this East Coast native emerge in early spring adorned with perfoliate (stem runs through the center) green leaves edged with a dramatic creamy-white border. The small, light yellow flowers dangle from the leaf axils in early spring. In the 14 years we've grown Uvularia 'Jingle Bells', this is only our second offering, so don't delay if you'd like one. As is the case with many native spring ephemerals, Uvularia 'Jingle Bells' goes dormant by midsummer.
