    This foliage on this unique new foam flower resembles a very cutleaf oak with a large central lobe. Each fuzzy green leaf also sports dramatic black veins, which making a perfect pattern on the upper surface of the foliage. In mid spring, each 1' wide clump is topped with 10" tall stalks of white bottlebrush like flowers.
