We have grown this plant for over a decade and it's just a rock solid performer in the garden. Don't confuse this germander with the common herb, as it looks far more like a veronica. T. hircanicum starts flowering in early May (NC) with 3-4" tall veronica-like spikes of dark purple atop the 2' tall clump. You'll fall in love with this winner...ayatollyah so!
