    This English selection of comfrey has 8" long leaves of crinkled green that are surrounded by a wide, creamy yellow margin. Thriving in woodland conditions, it will eventually make a spectacular 2' wide mat. In early spring, the clumps are topped with small, pale yellow, bell-like flowers...but realize that you are growing this gem for the foliage, which will brighten any garden!
