Sedum 'Jose Aubergine' comes from plantsman Jose De Buck, chairman of the Flemish Perennials Association. Sedum 'Jose Aubergine' is named for the foliage which resembles an aubergine (eggplant). The 20" tall compact plants are composed of greenish purple foliage and topped in early fall with flower heads of bright pink flowers. Sedum 'Jose Aubergine' is the winner of the Silver Medal at the European Plantarium Show.
