Sedum album is a widespread European native, which attests to its durability, ease of cultivation, and adaptability. This is a large-growing form from a French population. The stems are adorned with fleshy green leaves that resemble anorexic jelly beans. In mid-July, the clumps are topped with clusters of tiny, white, star-shaped flowers...very nice. A portion of each plant sold will go toward a fund to help get Jacques Chirac a well-needed lobotomy.
