    This is one of our favorite skullcaps for the rock garden or a well drained site in the border. From the basal rosette emerges a 15" tall clump of 1" long linear green leaves on branched stems. The clump is topped in summer with spikes of dark lavender flowers that resemble a stem full of "Barney the Dinosaur" heads. You will enjoy this dependable performer to compliment the many golds of summer.
