    Woodland gardens can always stand a little brightening and S. 'Harvest Moon' can do just that. This woodland ground cover forms 8" clumps of round golden leaves (new growth is brightest) on red stems. As the plant matures, it sends out arching threads which land on the soil and immediately form another identical plant. In early summer, the clumps are topped with airy 15" panicles of white flowers. S. 'Harvest Moon' grows best in slightly moist woodland soil.
