(aka: P. i. A1K-068) This collection of the Korean Solomon's Seal, P. inflatum, comes from near the town of Chinbu (near Mt. Odae) where it grew among the bamboo along a narrow walk above the river below. This was the nicest form that we had seen during our month-long expedition. The long-arching 18" tall stalks are topped with large green, slightly twisted leaves. In spring, small green flowers dangle from the stems, replaced by early fall by large blue berries. P. inflatum is easy to grow in typical woodland conditions.
