(aka: Pennisetum TIFT-PA19) Pennisetum 'Jambalaya' is another of the new sterile fountain grass hybrids developed at the University of Georgia. Pennisetum 'Jambalaya' forms a 3' tall x 4' wide clump of upright, arching stalks, topped, starting with plumes that emerge violet pink, and age to silver.
