From Paeonia 'Bartzella' breeder Roger Anderson, comes this deer-resistant 1999 introduction, a uniquely colored intersectional peony (herbaceous x tree), topped in late spring with huge, double, coppery-orange flowers. As with all intersectionals, it dies back to just above the ground in the winter.
