Ligularia 'Frosted Flecks' is a 2020 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of a seed strain we developed from a green-leaved Ligularia japonica. Ligularia 'Frosted Flecks' has slightly smaller than normal leaves, speckled with silvery white blotches, making it look like someone spilt milk over the leaves...a real oddity. In summer, the plants are topped with stalks of golden daisy-like flowers. They're grrrrr-eat!
