Iris giganticaerulea 'Boutte' is a Victor Lambou collection of the native Louisiana iris species from Boutte, Louisiana. The vigorous clumps measure 4' wide after only two years in a rich, moist soil. The 4' tall flowers stalks just top the foliage, starting for us in mid-April. The large blue-lavender flowers are each highlighted with a yellow throat.
