    This old daylily hybrid, overlooked by most of the "modern" breeders, is still one of the best of the garden performers. In August, the clumps are topped with 5-6' tall flower scapes, topped with dozens of 2" wide lightly fragrant medium yellow flowers. Imagine, a fragrrant dayilly, 5' tall, and blooming in August...a true star of the late summer perennial border!
