    Every perennial gardens needs a few clumps of bronze fennel. The feathery near black foliage is exquisite for blending with other colors. In summer, the clumps are topped with yellow queen anne's lace like flowers. By removing the flower heads before seeding, our plants have remained perennial for 6+ years...did I mention the wonderful aroma of the foliage!
