This amazing new hybrid between the upright Euphorbia seguieriana ssp. niciana x the prostrate blue-foliaged Eastern European E. nicaeensis, makes a dazzling 2' wide clump. The narrow powder-blue foliage contrasts nicely against the red stems. The 15-18" tall compact mound is topped in late spring with 18" spikes of chartreuse-yellow flowers...very unique and very striking.
