This Argentine native has become one of our favorite garden plants. The long, narrow, basal leaves of powder-blue give rise, in early May, to dozens of 6' tall, see-through flower stems, ending in giant bouquets of purple sanguisorba-like flowers. The floral show continues until late summer. This is a real WHATZAT plant if there ever was one. Designers have fallen in love with this for a mid-to-front border addition!
