This delightful 1985 introduction occurred as a seedling at NC's We-Du Nursery. E. 'Capella' holds its dark-rose-colored flowers on wiry stems nicely above the clumps of deciduous foliage in early spring... simply a charming "welcome to spring" plant for the woodland!
