From Japan's Akira Shiozaki come this new hybrid bleeding heart between the Asian Dicentra peregrina and the US native D. eximia. D. 'Ivory Hearts' forms a compact, but vigorous 1' tall x 1' wide, long-flowering clump of glaucous blue-green foliage, which is topped starting in early spring with sprays of pure white heart-shaped flowers.
