    (aka: D. virescens) The rare white subspecies of D. carolinianum hails from Minnesota south to Texas. Our plants represent seed collections of Wade Roitsch from Bastrop Co. TX. The 4' tall flowering stalks emerge in late spring from basal winter rosettes of very cutleaf green foliage. Good drainage is very important for success in the garden.
