What a delightful plant! Dahlia 'Nippon' makes a tight 16" tall x 16" wide mound of dark black foliage, topped, starting in late June and continuing until frost, with dozens of 2" light yellow flowers. Each flower is highlighted with a contrasting dark brown central cone...very cute!
