Crinum 'Sundance' is a little-known, superb hybrid of Crinum scabrum x Crinum loddigesianum, that looks virtually identical to the Crinum x digweedii hybrids. For us Crinum 'Sundance' makes a very vigorous grower that offsets freely. The glossy green foliage makes a compact 3' tall x 3' wide clump, topped, starting in mid-August and continuing into September (NC) with 3.5' tall stalks of 8-10, 7" wide, fragrant white flowers with vivid pink central stripes. Some scapes tend to lodge for us.
