Many crinum growers consider Crinum 'Lolita' one of the best crinum lilies ever introduced. Crinum 'Lolita' is a very vigorous 1995 Crinum scabrum hybrid from the late crinum breeder, Dr. Thad Howard. The 4' long, glossy green foliage is a base for the sturdy, giant 3.5' tall spikes that end in terminal clusters of up to 18 rosy-red, fragrant, chalice-shaped flowers during the summer months.
