If you like caryopteris, then you are going to flip over this one. The woody stems form a nice perennial shrub to 3' tall x 3' wide. The small finger-sized leaves which emerge in early spring are brilliant gold. From midsummer until early fall, the clumps are topped with a splendid floral show of small pure blue flowers... WOW! This is one of those combinations to soothe even the most vicious gardener.
