This new Thurman Maness introduction boasts olive-green leaves with brilliant red ...the best so far in the new selections. In fact, the red color even penetrates through to the veins on the upper sides of the leaf. As with the species, Begonia 'Wildwood Premier' propagates via tiny bulbils that drop to the ground around the base of the plant. For us, Begonia grandis is covered in light pink flowers from midsummer until frost.
