(aka: Anisocampium niponicum) Athyrium niponicum 'Thrill Seeker' is a 2015 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of a Hans Hansen creation, and a lovely counterpart to our Athyrium 'Joy Ride'. The 20" tall x 3' wide compact, dense clumps are composed of fronds that are silver toward the tips, contrasting with darker olive green toward the central purple stipe. Each frond is adorned with a dramatic petticoat tip...simply stunning.
