    This new aruncus species was collected as seed by plantsman Hans Hansen in China's Sichuan Province near the Yu Wa Valley near Nan Ping at an elevation of 6,500'. Since it was fall, flowers have not yet been seen, but we expect the same lovely white panicles that we see on our native species. Slightly moist, well-drained soils will ensure best results.
