    Nobody notices this Chinese artemisia until it bursts into flower in late summer. Give it some moisture, and enjoy the lush green foliage on a robust clump (not spreading), and striking white plumes to 48" in late summer...a great addition to the summer border. The plumes are absolutely fantastic in flower arrangements!
