    This is an exciting new artemisia for us. This species from Europe makes a nice mat of fragrant airy foliage. Our three year old clump has spread to 4', all coming from a central stem...not a runner! Plant this near a pathway, so you can smell the aroma from the crushed foliage as you walk down the garden path.
