    This is one of the finest grasses for a small garden. The 1' wide clumps of narrow, but dramatically striped, green and white leaves make a perfect bun from September through May. In late spring, bulb grass goes dormant while other showier plants strut their stuff. It returns again in the fall, right on cue.
