This rare voodoo lily is often mistaken for Amorphophallus titanum, so you can imagine its proportions. Each giant leaf sits atop a 10' tall pink-and-green speckled stalk. Reportedly the plant flowers every three years in May, with a giant spathe resembling a giant green mixing bowl with white spots on the outside. Arising from the base of the "bowl" is the fleshy pinkish-purple spadix (the phallic part) that rises like a volcano...all part of the 7-8' tall flowering extravaganza.
