(syn: Chrysanthemum pacificum 'Yellow Splash') This collector's item for the variegated plant nuts out there comes from the world's top variegated plant fanatic, Dr. Masato Yokoi of Japan. Each scalloped leaf is heavily streaked with dark gold. Each clump will form a slowly spreading mat, eventually to several feet in width. In late October, the clumps are topped with cute tiny yellow chrysanthemum-like flowers.
