For 2025, Plant Delights/JLBG is very excited to introduce yet another new fern selection from the gardens at JLBG, which houses possibly the worlds' most extensive in-ground hardy fern collection. Adiantum aethiopicum 'Barrington Belle' is a hardy form of the typically tropical house plant maidenhair fern. Our spore grown offering comes from a 2017 David Denton spore collection near Barrington, New South Wales, Australia. In the garden, our 4 year-old plants have formed a 10" tall x 2' wide patch of very dainty-looking, fine green foliage that has remained evergreen through mid-teens F.
