Zephyranthes 'Viva Las Vegas' is a 2023 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of our latest rain lily introduction. Our 2014 cross of Zephyranthes drummondii 'Fedora' x Zephyranthes 'Smokin' Hot' resulted in this amazing selection, which puts on a superb floral display, starting for us in July and continuing through September after each rain event. The flowers, which top the 1' tall stalks open intensely pink with a small white eye. As the flower ages, the intensity of the pink lessens and the size of the white eye grows. Dry to fairly moist soils are fine as long as there is plenty of sun.
