Zephyranthes 'Star Spangled' is one of the most floriferous rain lilies we've grown...another Yucca Do hybrid from the nocturnally-opening Zephyranthes drummondii. Starting in early summer and continuing through September, this unusual 'Labuffarosea' seedling produces a mass of 8" tall stems, which magically appear three days after a rain, each topped with narrow weeping petals, white toward the center and pink at the tips. Zephyranthes 'Star Spangled' makes a lovely semi-evergreen specimen in the rock garden.
