(syn: Cooperia drummondii) This collection of the easy to grow Texas native Z. chlorosolen was made along Highway 445, 20 miles north of Refugio, Texas, in the midst of a population of Z. jonesii. Z. chlorosolen makes a 1' wide clump of narrow flat foliage, topped after midsummer due to fall rains with 1' tall spikes of open cupped fragrant pure white night opening flowers.
