    Zantedeschia 'Flame' is a hot color in the summer flowering calla range...for you red hot gardeners! This Zantedeschia elliottiana x Zantedeschia rehmannii hybrid was mated by the folks at California's Brown Bulb Farm. The heavily white speckled upright green leaves emerge in late spring, topped soon after with 22" spikes of bright golden chalices that quickly develop a bright orange ring around the collar. A mass planting of these brilliant reddish orange flowers makes a perennial bed look ablaze...we recommend keeping a fire extinguisher nearby!
