    We are pleased to offer this new selection of the little known NC native (and throughout the eastern US). Veronicastrum makes a superb vertical accent in the perennial border, emerging in spring, and quickly expanding to 5-7' in height. In mid summer, the sturdy clumps of whorled foliage are topped with 15" tall spikes of rosy purple veronica like heads. Veronicastrum is native in bogs and moist slopes, so be sure to provide an even moisture supply.
