From a Don Jacobs expedition to China, comes this superb and extremely rare woodland perennial (first cousin to rohdeas). The evergreen hosta-like foliage forms an arching clump to 20" wide x 15" tall. Each 1' long x 2" wide leaf is chartreuse-green with incredible rippling throughout. For us, T. 'Eco China Ruffles' has proven quite easy to grow in typical garden conditions. To create year round interest in the garden, use tupistra near evergreen ferns and hellebores... evergreen to 5 degrees F.
