Thuja 'Concessarini' is one of the coolest native shrubs we've seen in a long time. This unusual juvenile form of our East Coast native arborvitae looks nothing like the plants you know under that name. The soft, fluffy-textured, olive-green foliage forms a perfect 3' tall x 6' wide mound that never needs shearing. Either as a specimen dwarf conifer or as a maintenance-free foundation shrub, Thuja 'Concessarini' is exactly what the plant doctor ordered.
