This 2001 introduction from Saul Nursery in Georgia is unique in that it has many different-colored flowers open at the same time. The basal rosette gives rise to nearly horizontal stems, which encircle the foliage. Each branched stem ends with a cluster of 3" fringed flowers, opening white and changing to purple. At any one time, you will find flower colors ranging from white to dark purple and everything in between.
