    This native from Kansas thru Arizona is a perfect candidate for the well drained rock garden. The sprawling stems are clothed with tiny 1/4" rounded leaves. Throughout the summer, the stems are home to small dark purple snapdragon like flowers that literally smother the clump when it's happy...sooo cute!
