    Phlomis longifolia is similar in habit to the better known Phlomis fruticosa, making a small sub shrub to 3' tall x 5' wide in our dryland garden. The 2" long textured green leaves clothe the upright stems that give rise to the whorls of bright yellow flowers in spring and early summer...spectacular!
